Here is the retreat schedule:

THURSDAY‍ ‍

Opening Ceremony

Cathedral Rock Address: 500 Back O Beyond Rd, Sedona AZ, 86336
We meet at the base of Cathedral Rock at 5:30pm for a drum circle where we will introduce ourselves and each share where we are at in our personal journey and connect with one another before the workshops begin the next day. 

The base of Cathedral Rock is the very first space you enter when you get to Cathedral. You will not be able to miss it.

**Note The Cathedral Rock Shuttle closes at 5:30pm and the parking lot opens for cars to park.

FRIDAY

Alchemy Master Class

held at Sedonya Conscious Living Retreat Center
120 Deer Trail Drive Sedona, AZ 86336

We meet from 9:30am to 5pm at Sedonya for A full day Alchemy Masterclass

Please bring a pen and paper. We will be providing a binder and worksheets for each guest on key topics that will be covered. 

*Friday Lunch is included in the retreat and will be held at Sedonya 

Friday Night Group Dinner at Chocolate Tree — We will be having an intimate group dinner nearby at the jewel of Sedona: Chocolate Tree. This group dinner is included in the retreat cost and is the perfect opportunity for everyone to bond with each other in a high vibrational space.

‍ ‍SATURDAY

Quantum Field and Full Mystic Sound Bath

Held at Sedonya Conscious Living Retreat Center
120 Deer Trail Drive Sedona, AZ 86336

Saturday we meet at Sedonya Retreat Center from 9:30am to 5pm for the Quantum Journey Workshop followed by a sound bath.

Retreat facilitator Susan Hassan will host a rare and powerful workshop on the Quantum Field and how to meet your Higher Self in the Quantum Field. 

Susan is one the most sought after and renowned energy healers in the world. Sarah and Susan were both trained by the same shaman. It is an absolute honor to have her as a part of this retreat.

Susan will be sharing her knowledge, techniques, and additional resources for continued learning with the group in a full Saturday morning in the quantum field. 

After the workshop we will experience a full sound bath to cleanse our energy and revitalize our aura. The sound bath will also be recorded and each retreat attendee will be given a recording of it to take home and meditate to.

SUNDAY

Satsang and Optional Hike

We do not meet at the retreat center. Instead, there will be an optional hike at Cathedral Rock. The hike will not be exhaustive, or arduous. If you choose to join us on it we will be meeting at the base of Cathedral rock at 10:30am.

Sarah will hold a Satsang at this epic vortex. It will be done in the traditional manner of the ancients through question and answer. The outdoor environment will also amplify the energetic transmissions. Sarah will also share grounding techniques to assist in integrating the energies. 

*Sunday night dinner is not provided. It is a free night to explore the local cuisine.

‍ MONDAY

The Art of Ascension and Tea Ceremony

Held at Sedonya Conscious Living Retreat Center

We meet at Sedonya Retreat Center from 9:30am to 5pm for The Art of Ascension and Shadow Work workshop 

Following the full day of workshops, will be an authentic Shamanic Tea Ceremony. This ceremony will be conducted by native shamans in their native tradition. This is a heart opening, deeply connecting and transformative closing ceremony to complete the spiritual festivities. 

*Lunch and Dinner is included and will be held at Sedonya retreat center

‍ TUESDAY

Departure Day. Attendees will leave in the morning for the airport or continue to stay and enjoy the spiritual mecca of Sedona.

All transportation will need to be arranged by the attendee however, if you are staying at the Greentree Inn, you are within walking distance to the Sedonya Conscious Living Retreat Center. It is less than a quarter mile from the Inn (in the backyard).

We have decided to hand out the retreat waiver to everyone at the retreat in person to make it easier for everyone to sign and ask questions about it should they have any before signing. If you would like time to read through it thoroughly you can do so at the bottom of the Retreat Details page:

                        What to Bring

-Water and water bottle (The retreat center will also be providing an unlimited assortment of free teas as well as water)

-Hiking shoes

-Pen and paper if you would like to take notes.

(Sarah will be providing custom binders with worksheets for each attendee)

-The rest of the items you will need will be at your personal discernment to bring with you such as coats and jackets for possible cold weather.
